It was a pleasure and I am very fortunate that Riley Turner came to my house to figure out why my Whirlpool fridge was not cooling. We talked quite a bit and I could see that he had many years of experience in not only appliance repair but many other important fields to build, repair and create. I mentioned that I had had other really good experiences with Appliance Works and he told me the great story that before he moved to this area
he read reviews and after he talked to the owner he was convinced that this was the company he wanted to be a part of. I totally understand that because after being in this house for ovewr 50 years and after being in real estate and getting to know so many different companies and repair places, I count on people and services who do what they say they will do and do it well and help me make the best decisions possible. Our washing machine broke so I completed the on line request for service at 6AM. Bobbie called me at 9AM and we scheduled a service call for the same day. Christina called me to say she was on her way and arrived approximately 20 minutes later. Christina was professional and friendly. She politely chatted for a minute and then went to diagnose the problem. After running the diagnostics she isolated the problem. Unfortunately the repair cost exceeded the benefit and we decided to replace rather than repair. Afterwards we asked for her recommendation for a replacement. Her friendly input was appreciated. A good experience.

I have hired Appliance works about 4 or 5 times in he past 10 years or so. A microwave, a hood, an oven, and now a Dryer. It is always a positive experience. Today was Javon and he represented the company very well and the entire interaction was amazing. If it is not worth fixing it or they cannot do it, they are usually able to tell me this before they schedule a visit.
